Qualifications: We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with the following experience, knowledge and abilities: • Proven Microsoft professional with 5+ years of experience with ASP.Net (C#) and T-SQL development/design/system architecture. • Ability to interface with the business and manage requirements • Ability to implement and enforce technology standards and methodologies to ensure tight platform integration • Experience with projects within large organizations (large tech firms, HP type company) • Primary experience on small agile development teams and ability to deliver within expectations. • Able to implement and enforce technology standards and methodologies to ensure tight platform integration. • Experience working on agile development teams and is able to deliver against requirements. • Can conceptualize the business and translate into use cases and system workflow. • Has experience with all aspects of development from the database to business tier to front end.
